This confessional, laughter-filled moment was when model and actress Maham Amir talked about how actor Faizan Sheikh proposed to her for marriage. While guesting on Madiha Naqvi’s morning show, Maham recalled an amusing incident about her mother-in-law, actress Parveen Akbar.

Maham herself speaks, “I had become friendly with Faizan’s mother even before the time of marriage. One time, we were celebrating Faizan’s birthday, and Parveen Akbar told Maham’s parents on the spot -before everyone-that she wanted her son to marry Maham. Maham jokingly scolded Parveen to let her son confirm if he too wanted to marry her.”.

However, Parveen assured Maham that she would convince Faizan and get him to agree, and Maham Amir, being convinced of this, readily agreed.
